1. Digital copy needs to be purchased first or together with the additional product. Before you proceed to purchase the phone case, please talk to me to confirm the availability of the phone model.
2. Once payment have been made, I will schedule your portrait. Estimated waiting time will be 20 working days from the date you made payment.
3. When the illustration is ready, I will send the digital version to you, minor edits can be done, additional cost for major edits.
4. Once illustration have been confirmed, I will proceed with making the product ( additional 2 weeks waiting time) and will mail the item to you.
